| If you want to have your photo added to our gallery
simply send us an e-mail at
info@checkersbridal.com and attach your photo.
In order for us to publish your photo you must
include the following information:
- Your Name
- Contact Information
- Your Photo
- Information you want included under your picture.
- You MUST read the website photo release agreement and write
somewhere in your e-mail the following phrase:
I have read and agree to the Checker's Bridal Website Photo
Release Agreement.
Checker's Bridal Website Photo Release Agreement
I hereby grant permission to Checkers Bridal to
use my photograph on its World Wide Web site or in other official
printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge
the company's right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I
also acknowledge that the company may choose not to use my photo at this
time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.
I also understand that once my image is posted on
Checker's website, the image can be downloaded by other internet users.
Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the
following:
Checkers Bridal reserves the right to
discontinue use of photos without notice.
